Penn Millers’ Excellence at Work program is established to recognize employees for outstanding accomplishments and/or contributions in support of Penn Millers’ mission. One employee will be selected each calendar quarter.

All regular full-time and regular part-time employees with the exception of company officers are eligible.

Criteria to be considered include: superior overall performance, innovative improvements, outstanding customer service, expense reduction initiatives, and demonstration of Penn Millers’ Core Values.

Each program recipient is offered a selection of awards from which to choose. In addition, the recipient will have parking privileges in the designated undercover parking space, their name placed on a lobby plaque and coverage in The Millers’ Penn and on our corporate website.
