Michael O. Banks is Penn Millers’ Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer and has served as such since August 2002. His responsibilities are in the areas of administration, financial functions, human resources and the commercial business insurance unit. He has also currently serves as Secretary, which he was appointed to in September 2004. Mr. Banks has served as an Executive Vice President since March 2004. He previously served as a Senior Vice President from August 2002 until March 2004. Mr. Banks is a former certified public accountant. He graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
