Dorrance R. Belin, Esq. is a Partner in the law firm of Oliver, Price & Rhodes in Clarks Summit, PA, and concentrates his practice in Estate Planning and Administration. Mr. Belin received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Yale University. In addition, he received his law degree from University of Pittsburgh and currently holds a license to practice law in Pennsylvania. Mr. Belin is also licensed in Pennsylvania as a title insurance agent. He has served as a Director since 1998.
