Donald A. Pizer was a partner at Ernst & Young in its audit and assurance practice for twenty-one years until his retirement in 2003. After his retirement in 2003, Mr. Pizer provided consulting services to assist Ernst & Young in its design of educational programs for its professionals working in the firm’s insurance and banking practices. Mr. Pizer serves as director and audit committee chair of Philadelphia Indemnity Insurance Company and Philadelphia Insurance Company, indirect subsidiaries of Tokio Marine Group, Inc. Mr. Pizer received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Accounting from Penn State University. He is a certified public accountant and has served as a Director since April 2009.
