Harold W. Roberts, CPCU, is Penn Millers’ Senior Vice President of Agribusiness Underwriting and has served as such since March 2006. Prior to his appointment as Senior Vice President of Agribusiness Underwriting he served as Senior Vice President of Underwriting from October 2004 until January 2006. Previously, he had served as Vice President of Underwriting. Mr. Roberts graduated from Wilkes College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting. Mr. Roberts is also a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter and is currently a licensed insurance producer in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Georgia.
