J. Harvey Sproul, Jr. is Penn Millers’ Chairman of the Board and has served as such since April 17, 2002. Prior to his appointment as Chairman, Mr. Sproul had served as Vice Chairman of the Board since August 1997. He has served as a Director since 1990. He is President of H.B. Sproul Construction Company in Clarks Summit, PA and has served as such since 1978. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University and served as a Lieutenant, j.g., in the United States Navy.
